One of the leading crypto exchanges in the world, Crypto.com has announced its collaboration with tech giant, Apple. This is coming after a lawsuit has been filed against the latter.
Crypto.com has decided to make its new venture, which is making its Visa cards available on Apple Pay in Australia. However, amid this announcement, a lawsuit against Apple pay has also been fined.
Apple has been sued for antitrust violations over Apple Pay. The plaintiff stated that Apple’s anticompetitive conduct forces more than 4000 banks and credit unions that use Apple pay to pay at least $1 billion of excess fee annually for the privilege.
It was added that in August 221, they helped obtain a $1 million settlement for smaller iOS developers that claimed Apple overcharged them on commission.
The lawsuit therefore seeks unspecified triple damages and a halt to Apple’s alleged anticompetitive conduct.
Crypto.com which has announced its collaboration with Apple present itself as the fastest and most secure crypto exchange.
